GMI TECH Pleased to announce new Headquarters Acquisition

FLORHAM PARK, NJ – February 18, 2003 – Significantly lower costs, transportation proximity and plenty of room to grow: That combo made up the lion's share of the location rationale in GMI TECH LLC's decision to relocate its headquarters to Ridgedale Avenue in Florham Park.

"Over the last several months, we considered many factors in concluding that serious consideration must be given to a relocation of our corporate headquarters," John Muller, GMI's President said.

GMI has been headquartered at Vreeland Road in Florham Park for almost a quarter of a century. Whlie the acquisition is a major change for the company, executives see it as a positive move.

"The purchase of the property at 171 Ridgedale keeps us close to our roots in Florham Park and will allow a significant savings compared to our previous," said Peter Goodchild, CEO of GMI. "The space allows us to sublet part of our property until such time as our expansion as a compay makes that less feasable."

Moving out of Florham Park was not an option according to management, as the location allows its sales team easy access to the majority of their clients.
