GMI Completes Reseller Agreement with IBM for ETS

FLORHAM PARK, NJ – December 13, 2004 – GMI, a leading provider in systems implementation, today announced that it has completed a renewed reseller agreement with IBM (NYSE:IBM). Under the terms of the agreement, GMI TECH will offer IBM's award-winning engineering solutions as part of its OEM hardware customization service.

IBM Engineering & Technology Services combines the deep engineering knowledge and experience you need to help you bring more profitable products to market faster and help you improve return on investment.

"Many of our customers have started to experience the benefits of IBM's 'Enineering on Demand' and now need customization capabilities to support the increasing complexity of their systems," said John Muller, President, GMI TECH. "This newly expanded partnership with IBM builds on the success we've had working together to help large and small companies bring cutting edge technologies to market faster. With this extended and expanded agreement, we can partner our clients with Big Blue."

IBM E&TS component solutions services are designed to improve your technology, decrease time-to-Market, and reduce cost for increasingly sophisticated Technology. From chip design (high level, functional, physical design and core hardening), package design (high performance packaging [power and complexity] and module packaging), migration and verification, GMI and IBM provide the solution.

"Design delays or errors result in longer time-to-market and missed window of opportunity for increasing market share. Companies looking to bring new products to market can leverage IBM's unfathomable expertise to avoid these delays," says Steve Gebhardt, General Partner of GMI LLC. "Additionally, they can increase profits and improve financial performance which is increasingly challenging with tight budgets and rising technology development costs."

"The probability of success significantly decreases as company migrates to new technologies. IBM has proven track record of best-in-class IC design capabilities. GMI has a quarter of a century in OEM system design and support," said Mr. Muller.
